YANMAR has introduced a number of improved features on the YDG Series models, which are now available in Europe for the first time and meet Stage V emissions standards.
Featuring a host of technical enhancements and powered by a state-of-the-art YANMAR L-series air-cooled engine, the range includes the revised YDG3700 series, which comprises four models ranging in power from 3.3 kVA to 3.7 kVA, and the four models in the YDG5500 series, which range in power from 5.1 to 5.8 kVA.
Production of the sets, which previously took place in Japan, has been relocated to YANMAR's L-Series engine manufacturing facility in Italy, significantly reducing delivery times for customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The upgraded YDG series generators are particularly quiet and have a versatile power range that meets many performance requirements. In addition, the generators can be used for up to 10.5 hours at full power due to their very low fuel consumption.
The new models of the YDG series are based on the excellent motors of the L series and are an extremely reliable and easy-to-transport power source for all requirements on the construction site.
