With the Prof 6 E-Power, ELIET is launching the first battery-powered, self-propelled shredder on the market, setting new standards in landscape maintenance. Since the introduction of the first self-propelled forage harvester in 1994, ELIET has stood for innovation, and the Prof 6 E-Power continues this tradition.
The first battery-powered, self-propelled shredder
The environmentally friendly “omnivore” for garden professionals
The Prof 6 E-Power is primarily aimed at landscape gardeners who are looking for a powerful and sustainable shredder. Thanks to the tried-and-tested Eliet Axe-Principle™, it shreds all types of clippings with ease. With its cordless electric drive, it offers maximum flexibility on site, operates with reduced noise and completely without exhaust emissions - ideal for working in private gardens or public green spaces.
Powerful battery for maximum efficiency
The Prof 6 E-Power is powered by a 48 V Li-Ion Vanguard battery with 7 kWh. This provides enough energy to process up to 4 m³ of shredded material per hour - sufficient for the requirements of most gardening and landscaping projects. Despite the electric drive, the shredder offers the same performance as its petrol-powered predecessors and at the same time offers an environmentally friendly and low-maintenance alternative.
ELIET EcoEye™ technology: efficiency and durability
The Prof 6 E-Power is equipped with ELIET EcoEye™ technology, which automatically switches off the motor when the hopper is empty and switches it on again when required. This optimizes battery life and maximizes the device's autonomy, ensuring even more efficient use in horticulture.
Vanguard batteries: Robust, durable and efficient
The Vanguard lithium-ion batteries are characterized by their robust design. They are housed in a cast aluminum housing that protects against moisture, dust and shocks. The integrated battery management system (BMS) monitors voltage, temperature and state of charge to ensure maximum performance and safety.
Thanks to intelligent cell management, the batteries are ideally suited to the requirements of horticulture. They offer a service life up to four times longer than conventional lead-acid batteries and can be fully charged in just 4 hours using the quick charger.
Advantages for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)
For original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) looking to meet the growing demand for electrified garden tools, the Vanguard battery solution offers an ideal combination of performance and efficiency. Compared to lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries have a higher energy density, lower self-discharge and a longer service life.
The integrated battery management system ensures optimum monitoring and safety, allowing OEMs to switch to lighter, more compact and more efficient batteries without compromising on performance.
Versatile battery solutions for numerous applications
The modular Vanguard batteries are suitable for various applications in horticulture, but also in other industries. They offer reliable performance, even under extreme conditions such as very cold weather. Thanks to their modular design, they can also be easily integrated into new technologies in the future.
With flexible CAN J1939 communication and a service life of up to 1000 charging cycles, these batteries offer the necessary flexibility for various garden tools and ensure a long service life.
